RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Not 100% satisfied with your ELEQVENZ purchase? We accept returns that meet our return policy:

You can return or exchange items up to 14 days after receiving your original order.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, that means with the label hanging on, without odors, stains, marks, hairs or perfume smell.
Washed garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
Unapproved returns will be returned to you at your cost.
Always include a note with your order number and personal information inside the package. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the return cost, except on exchanges.
Shipping is free on order above a certain sum, depending on where you live. If you, however, return your order - we still charge the shipping costs by deducting it from the total refund amount.
